高效能熱交換器占地面積只是管殼式換熱器的1/3~1/4，傳熱系數(shù)高，在一般的水平與泡料熱交換中，高效能熱交換器的傳熱系數(shù)能達(dá)到5000w/㎡℃以上，比列管式換熱器要高3~8倍。采用高效能熱交換器的發(fā)泡系數(shù)能使245fa泡料在極短時間內(nèi)達(dá)到生產(chǎn)工藝要求，使材料大大縮短冷卻時間、節(jié)能、減小預(yù)冷裝置的設(shè)備投入。
